1. Exchange Conditions

If the customer is not satisfied with the product and wants to exchange it, they can request the exchange within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt.

Our exchange policy is as follows: If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you follow the return process and receive a full refund of the amount paid through a voucher. This way, you will have the freedom to choose a new product that best meets your needs, ensuring a satisfactory experience with your purchase.

2. Return Conditions

As established by the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 calendar days after receipt, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, called the right of withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in the original packaging.

  • Condition : The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The refund will be processed after inspection of the product by SHOPCENTERBR , within a period of 7 business days after receipt of the returned product by the buyer.
  • Procedure : To initiate a return, the customer must contact SHOPCENTERBR Customer Service, informing the order number and registering the cancellation of the purchase. After the process is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the return of the product. The return shipping is paid by SHOPCENTERBR .
  • Refund : If the conditions mentioned above are met, the refund will be made in the same amount paid and method used by the buyer.

General Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, in the same condition as it was received.
  • The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.

In the event of a return, if the above conditions are met, the customer will receive the amount paid for the product through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and make a refund.

How to Exercise the Right to Return and Refund

Send an email to suporte@shopcenterbr.com and inform:

  • Product name;
  • Order number;
  • Email registered at the time of purchase;
  • Reason for return;
  • Images (photos) of the product proving the defect, if applicable;
  • Video proving the defect (if applicable).

After confirming all the requirements for the return, we will inform you of the return address and refund the amount paid for the product.

Please contact our customer service department via the email or phone/WhatsApp provided below. Wait for confirmation and instructions for shipping the product (if applicable). After confirmation of receipt and analysis of the product, the refund will be processed as described.

Forms of Restitution

The refund of amounts paid occurs according to the payment method used when placing the order, and in accordance with our Refund Policy .

  • Credit Card : The refund may take up to 15 business days or up to two subsequent invoices . This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. After the refund procedure, the receipt will be sent via email.
  • Boleto Bancário or PIX : The refund will be made directly to the buyer's bank account. To do this, you will need to provide the refund details via email to our support team.

Note : For refunds of purchases made via boleto or PIX, the refund will only be made directly to the buyer's account. Accounts of relatives or third parties will not be accepted to ensure customer security.
