At SHOPCENTERBR , we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Below, we outline the conditions and procedures for refunds and exchanges:
1. Refund for Order Cancelled by the Buyer (Right of Withdrawal)
As established by the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 calendar days after receipt, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in the original packaging, exactly as it was received.
- Condition : The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The refund will be processed after inspection of the product by SHOPCENTERBR , within a period of 7 business days after receipt of the returned product by the buyer.
- Procedure : To initiate a return, contact SHOPCENTERBR support, informing the order number and registering the cancellation of the purchase. After the process is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the return of the product. The return shipping is paid by SHOPCENTERBR .
- Refund : If the conditions mentioned above are met, the refund will be made in the same amount paid and method used by the buyer.
2. Refund for the Need to Exchange the Product
If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they may request the exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Condition : The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The refund will be processed after inspection of the product by SHOPCENTERBR , within a period of 7 business days after receipt of the returned product by the buyer.
- Procedure : To initiate the return, contact SHOPCENTERBR support, informing the order number and the reason for the return. After the process is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the product's return. The return shipping is paid by SHOPCENTERBR .
- Refund : Will be given in the form of a store credit (voucher) .
Reshipment and Costs
In the case of a return or exchange, the product will be sent back to the customer at no additional cost. The customer will be notified of the estimated time for the return once the process is complete.
Refund Methods
The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or in another way agreed between SHOPCENTERBR and the buyer.
Refund Conditions
For the refund to be processed, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use. Otherwise, the refund or voucher credit cannot be made.
Forms of Restitution
- Credit Card : The refund may take up to 15 business days or up to two subsequent invoices . This procedure is the responsibility of the administrator of the card used. After the refund has been processed, proof of payment will be sent by email.

Bank Slip or PIX : The refund will be made directly to the buyer's bank account. It will be necessary to provide bank details for refund via our support email ( suporte@shopcenterbr.com ).
Note : To ensure customer security, refunds will be made exclusively to the bank account of the purchase holder. Accounts belonging to relatives or third parties will not be accepted.
